On our way to NY we drove through Scranton, PA and being long time fans of the American version of The Office, we had to stop. We snapped a photo at the mural dedicated to the actors and comedians who made that show so brilliant and got our camp groceries on the way out. It was fun seeing the local buildings and scenery featured in the shows opening credits but otherwise it did not give the impression of a thriving town. Perhaps if Dundlin Mifflin was not a fictional business their paper economy would have kept Scranton afloat. P.s.- we had ChatGPT challenge us with some Office trivia and did well enough to earn the titles of Super Fans 🙂
